So, here’s my second draft of step 3 and my step 4. I have done a little adjusting to step three after my studiosity feedback and the PEER session yesterday but I know that I still have bits to expand on.
I will more than grateful for any feedback you would like to give me.
Thanks Karen
That’s a great first go. I wouldn’t worry about not having a UK company. I got one and had only sort of heard of it. There’s a lot of info in an annual report to digest, I’ve had multiples stabs at mine to understand it better, so don’t panic. You’ve got an interesting company, possibly a unique business model. There are some staggering figures in there especially the $ per online customer and the growth targets and markets. A cynic would say, hook ’em while they’re young. I spoke to a Pokies Manager for Woolworths a number of years ago and the amount of player behavior research they were doing was quite concerning.
It’s interesting that they run charity lotteries but I can’t see from the brief look I had if they do anything extra? They’re making a lot of money, how much gets back to the community above the standard taxes and payouts? Looking forward to seeing how you develop this one, I’m sure there are more KCQ’s ready to come out

Hi Karen,
I enjoyed reading your Assignment, I would like to know more about how they went into voluntary admission in Germany, also what sort of challenge did they face? and who were their competitors who are more successful than them?
Apart from that, Well done Karen!

Hi Karen
I can relate to how you felt when first seeing you annual report, there is so much information to read through and try and understand. I think you have done a good job at identifying your companies strengths and the setting out of your document looks great!

Hi Karen, I found your blog very interesting to read. I have chosen your blog as my Top 3 favorites. While reading your blog, I felt like I could relate to you a bit haha. I also find it hard to find anything negative about my company. My company is Lindsay Australia. It is transportation company. Overall, I found reading your KCQ and many others KCQ has really opened my perspective on understanding how company operates. Good Luck on your studies!

Hey Nomindari, Thank you for that! I feel people can relate more if you are honest and tell it like it really is and I want to reassure people that are feeling like me at times that they aren’t alone.
